FAQ
Is titanium cookware actually safe?
Yes. Titanium is the material surgeons use for implants inside the human body, because it is chemically inert and biocompatible. Our cookware is 100% pure titanium — SGS-certified free of PFAS, PFOA, and heavy metals. There is no coating, so there is nothing that can break down and end up in your food.
What makes titanium better than stainless steel?
Titanium spreads heat far more evenly, so you get fewer hot spots and can cook at lower temperatures. It is also naturally antibacterial and does not react with acidic food the way stainless can — no metallic taste in tomato sauce, no dulled flavors.
Is it really non-stick without a coating?
Yes. The hammered surface texture creates minimal contact area, so food releases without a chemical coating. Preheat the pan for about a minute on medium and use a small amount of oil or butter and eggs slide right out. Because there is no coating, there is nothing to scratch off.
Can I use metal utensils?
Yes. There is no coating to damage. Metal spatulas, tongs and whisks are all fine — though our titanium utensils are the gentlest match.
Does it work on induction?
Yes — gas, electric, ceramic, induction and the oven. No special settings needed.
Is it dishwasher safe?
Yes. Titanium will not rust, warp, or lose a finish in the dishwasher. Most of the time a rinse and a wipe is enough.
