Shipping Policy

Free shipping on every order

We ship free to all 50 U.S. states. No minimum order value.

Processing time

Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package ships.

Delivery time

Standard delivery within the continental United States takes 5–8 business days after dispatch. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take up to 12 business days.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, email us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can correct an address only before the order is dispatched. Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address will be reshipped at the customer's expense.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the package, check with neighbors and your building first, then contact us within 7 days. We will open a carrier claim and take care of you.

International

At this time we ship within the United States only.
